Marketing Intern/Event Supporter

Job Descriptions:

• Post and share events on CTE’s channels and other social media platforms,

• Host offline events (board games nights, language exchanges, workshops, debates,…):

  • invite foreign teachers/supporters for the events,

  • choose/suggest topics based on members’ levels and suggestions,

  • prepare materials that help members during the events (known as “cheat-sheet”),

  • help set up for the events, greet and arrange seats for participants,

  • talk to participants, encourage them to talk when they’re shy, help them out when needed, help them feel comfortable,

  • take pictures and videos,

  • ask for feedback and reviews,

  • report weekly to the marketing manager,

• Other small tasks at the office: print documents, organize files, …

Requirements:

• Have great conversational English and communication skills,

• Sincerely love sharing and talking to people,

• Customer service’ mindset and result-oriented

• Networking and Problem Solving skills
